Theatre costumes have to carry the character and survive a run of performances. We make them for companies and schools, from classical repertoire to contemporary work, in consultation with whoever directs or designs. Everything is designed and sewn at Maillots Pavlova, so a costume can later be adapted to another performer.

Can this be made for a whole group?
Yes. Because Maillots Pavlova designs and sews in house, the same model can be made in series, in the same fabric, colour and finish. The pattern is kept, so pieces can be added later if someone joins the group. Let us know your club colours and your theme and we will see what is possible.
Can a costume later be adapted to another performer?
Yes. That is one of the reasons for sewing in house. The pattern and the seam allowance are chosen so a costume can carry over to a next casting or a revival. Bring the costume and the new performer to the shop and we will see what is needed.
