Dance

Dancewear for every style, from ballet to tap, made in-house or to measure at Maillots Pavlova.

Dance needs clothing that moves with you and survives a full year of classes. At Maillots Pavlova you will find everything for class and for the stage, from leotards and ballet skirts to costumes for jazz, modern and competition. We design and sew in house, so a model can be adapted to the dancer wearing it. You are welcome to try things on in Bruges or Schoten.

Veelgestelde vragen

Can I come and try things on first?

Yes. Maillots Pavlova has shops in Bruges and Schoten where you can try things on and be measured. That is the safest way to choose, because sizes run differently per model and per brand. You can save your favourites in a list on the webshop and bring that list along or send it ahead, so everything is ready when you arrive.

What if no size fits?

Then it becomes made to measure. Maillots Pavlova designs and sews in house, so an existing model can be adapted to the wearer, or a pattern can be made from scratch. Have yourself measured in the shop in Bruges or Schoten; there we see straight away where the cut needs work.

What does a dancer need to get started?

For most dance classes a leotard, a ballet skirt or shorts, tights or socks and the shoe that belongs to the discipline will do. Ask the dance school whether a colour or model is required, because that differs per school. In the shop we lay out side by side what suits your class.
