How to take your measurements

Chest: measure around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above the navel.
Hips: measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Torso: measure from the middle of the shoulder, through the crotch, back to the same shoulder.

No measuring tape at hand? Use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler.
